Cancellations

You can ask us to cancel your order within one hour of placing it by contacting our customer service team by email (cs@beautyandyou.com) or WhatsApp (+852 3503 5678). We will do our best to handle requests received after that, but your order may already have been packed or dispatched.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with an item you received, please let us know within 30 days of receiving it. Returns can only be made after they have been authorised by our customer service team.

If you ordered the wrong product, you can still return it for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging; in this case you pay the return postage. For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, makeup, fragrance, personal care and health products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

If an item is faulty, damaged or was sent to you by mistake, we will also refund the return postage.

Refunds are made to your original payment method. Delivery charges are not refundable, except where the item was faulty or sent in error.

To help us process your return quickly, please include:

  • Your order number or a copy of your delivery note
  • The return authorisation from our customer service team
  • The reason for the return

Please pack items securely to prevent damage in transit. We recommend a tracked or registered postal service so that your parcel can be traced.

Missing or lost parcels

If you have not received your parcel or it was lost, please tell us within 14 days of the carrier showing the delivery status as “Delivered”, so that we can investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Claims made after 14 days may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

When making a claim, please provide your order number, delivery address, the delivery date shown in the carrier tracking and a short description of the problem. The carrier may ask you to keep the original packaging for inspection.
